""Don't let the best you've ever been, be the standard for the rest of your life. ""
We all enjoy the excitement of working and living a fulfilled life. However, we often don’t take the time we need to take care of ourselves. For many people, this fast pace lifestyle leads to stress in different parts of our lives (careers, bosses, co-workers, clients, financial crises, children, spouses and parents) and can begin to spiral out of control and cause real stress. This can lead to anxiety, depression, addiction, anger and other painful challenges. Allan J. Katz has helped Mid-Southerners successfully understand and master the ways in which different aspects of life interact and affect emotional health. From sex counseling, stress management and emotionally focused couples therapy, you will discover new ways to reduce anxiety and depression, quit porn and improve the intimacy in your relationship, through counseling.
